BIHAR ELECTIONS Every party blames every other party, specially the party in the government, for failures, corruption and non-action. They may not raise any of the issues in between the elections nor do any thing during that period to rectify the situation. People have to be vigilant and clear headed to see who is right and sincere and who is playing the game of politics only. A bridge here (read Sikti), and flood control arrangements there (read Kosi) definitely may be required. Governments can take action for that at any time not only during elections. On the other hand it may be the right time to extract promises for the same. Only thing is the Govt. has to see the overall development of the state and the people may be selfishly seeking their individual gains. Everybody must keep the overall perspective in the view. In management they teach that goals for achievement must be set and equally important is to set the measures for achievement of those goals so that there is no confusion as to whether a goal has been achieved or not.
